CrescendoCX AI, a conversational AI platform built for customer success teams, had just secured their Series A funding and needed to establish their first-ever go-to-market strategy. With no existing lead generation or pipeline process, the company brought me on as their first marketing hire to design, test, and scale a repeatable growth motion from the ground up.
